Where did this book take you: Lawrence, Massachusetts in the middle of a strike, and Vermont.

Title: Bread and Roses, Too
Author: Katherine Peterson
Rating: 5 stars
Where did this book take you: Lawrence Massachusetts, in the middle of a workstrike in 1912 and in Vermont, where the two main characters go until the strike ends.
Review: the high emotions and thoughts of the character kept me hanging on every word in this historical fiction. I felt as if I was there with the characters. It is a great read.
